We are a small dynamic team with over 25 years’ experience in International Human Resources and payroll outsourcing.
Anel Van Der Walt
Anel is a seasoned Operations, Accounting and Human Resources Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in various industries.
Anel’s passion for people, perfection in numbers and excellence in driving deadlines was identified very early in her career and this, together with her ability to manage multiple tasks, assisted her in becoming the successful business owner of a boutique accounting and Human Resources firm -namely Azania Expert Group (Pty) Ltd.
Being a Certified Paralegal, Financial Bookkeeper, Human Resources and completing her PPL as a hobby, Anel proved passion for knowledge is key. Anel will join Ultimate Global Recruitment Solutions as the Chief Executive Officer with a focus on the daily operations and keeping a close eye on the accounting side of the business.
Anel’s knowledge of the company requirements, process drive and hands on approach sets her apart when it comes to delivering results.
Stefan Brand
Stefan speared the telecommunications sector for more than a decade as Human Resources Executive for Africa giving him the ultimate responsibility looking after the H.R functions for hubs such as South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, Mozambique, Namibia, Angola, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Shared Services.
When he joined the Ultimate Global Team, he was appointed caretaking the Human Capital and Legal department.
Stefan provides overall support in his function, contributes in the upliftment and empowering of organisational development and culture. Stefan is an outcome-oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills and his involvement and initiative in various projects reflects his excellent rapport and interaction with people.
